SanDow awarded contract with US General Services Administration for alterations/repairs at Dept. Of Homeland Security HQ at St. Elizabeth’s in Washington DC.
SanDow awarded 5 year Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Construction Contract with NAVY - Carderock.
SanDow awarded 5 year ID/IQ contracts for environmental cleanup (asbestos/lead/mold/hazmat) with University of Maryland (UMD) at Towson & Baltimore County campuses. SCI Is already under contract with UMD College Park for the same type of work.

June 2021 – SanDow/RSC Electrical & Mechanical, JV awarded one of the US Air Force Joint Base Andrews Multi-Award Construction contracts (MACC). The seven-year MACC has a total value of $700,000,000.00
