About Us

Since 2011, SanDow Construction (SanDow) has been laser focused on winning new construction and environmental clean-up (asbestos, lead, mold abatement & hazardous material remediation) projects mostly from the Government and executing them with a level of excellence.

Founded by Ricardo A. Santiago and his daughter Kasmera Downey (San-Dow) has grown from a small, local General Contractor to a Regional provider serving Federal, State & Local Government clients from the East Coast to the Mid-Atlantic. Since 2016, SanDow has successfully completed over 1200 projects for clients like the Dept. of Navy, US Army, US Coast Guard, US Dept. of Health & Human Services, US Dept. of Labor, State of Maryland, City of Waterbury, METRO, And Prince George’s County to name a few.
