Performance Timeliness
September 1, 2022 – November 22,2022
Phase 1:
- Using 6-mil poly we will construct a containment with a one stage de-con for ingress and egress.
- We will install a negative air machine to scrub the air while performing the mold remediation work
- We will remove approximately 100 SF of water and mold damaged drywall
- We will clean approximately 100 SF of water and mold damaged drywall
- We will spray the air with EPA-registered shockwave disinfectant
- We will scrub and wipe down the area of work with EPA-registered shockwave disinfectant
- We will tear down and dispose of all containment materials
Phase 2:
- Using 6-mil poly we will construct a containment with a one stage de-con for ingress and egress

- We will remove approximately 160 SF of water and mold damaged drywall and tile.
- We will clean approximately 160 SF of water and mold damaged inner drywall.
- We will spray the air with EPA-registered shockwave disinfectant
- We will scrub and wipe down the area of work with EPA-registered shockwave disinfectant.
- We will tear down and dispose of all containment materials.
